Which personal data do we process?

Personal data is processed to conclude an agreement for another product or service and the implementation of this agreement. For example: workshop participation, registration forms, website contact forms.

Will my customer profile be enriched?

We can enrich the customer data supplied by you with other data. We do this to gain insight into our customer base and to offer you our products / services in a more targeted manner. We do this in the following ways:

DeDDDD engages third parties in the execution of its services and other business activities (such as printing companies, publishers, hosting services and automation service providers). Insofar as these third parties process your data when performing the relevant services and business activities, DeDDDD takes the contractual, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is processed carefully. DeDDDD does not further share personal data with third parties.

Theater has shared my personal data with DeDDDD?

DeDDDD itself does not sell tickets for performances. DeDDDD has no agreements with theaters (and performance locations) at home and abroad, whereby the theater concerned shares the personal data with DeDDDD.

Which retention period do we use?

DeDDDD does not store your personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes of the processing.
DeDDDD applies a maximum retention period of five years with regard to the personal data of non-active natural persons. Inactive natural persons means persons who did not use the services of DeDDDD during that period.
After the expiry of the objection period, your personal data will be removed from our systems / DeDDDD will send you an email for notification prior to the removal. The data will then only be used anonymously for purposes such as market research, development of products and services and other purposes related to general business operations.

How is my personal data secured?

In accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, we have taken technical and organizational security measures to protect the data we have against loss or unlawful processing. Your data will be treated confidentially.
